Comprehensive Health History: You’ll complete a thorough intake covering diet, exercise, sleep, stress, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and any medical or family health history.

Initial Discovery & Goal Setting: We will discuss your health goals, challenges, and lifestyle in detail, helping to define clear, realistic, and measurable objectives.

Personalized Wellness Plan: We will create a customized strategy integrating faith, nutrition, movement, stress management, and other lifestyle factors tailored to your needs. When appropriate, we may also consider labs or supplement support to help guide and enhance your wellness journey. 

Holistic Perspective: Your plan will address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health, recognizing how all areas connect.

Behavior Change Support: You will receive guidance to help you identify barriers, build sustainable habits, and apply faith‑based strategies and discipline so you can make intentional daily choices that support your goals. This process will help you grow as a good steward of your body — the temple of the Holy Spirit. 

Accountability & Check-Ins: You’ll receive regular follow‑ups – weekly, biweekly, or monthly – to track your progress, adjust your plan, and keep you motivated. You’ll also have the option to join my private Facebook group, Goose’s Guineas, where I share helpful tips and videos and answer questions to support you along the way. 

Education & Empowerment: You’ll receive evidence‑based guidance to help you make informed choices, separate fact from myth, and understand how your habits and intentional actions influence your overall health. 

Spirit-Soul-Mind-Body Strategies: Your sessions may gently weave together Christ‑centered stress‑reduction practices – such as biblical meditation, praise and worship, and prayer. We will also incorporate journaling, soul healing, and faith decrees, along with practical guidance for restorative sleep, nourishing movement, and nutrition. Each element is designed to support your well‑being and help you care for your whole self in a way that honors God. 

Adaptability: Your plan will be flexible, allowing room for growth as your life shifts and seasons change. It will adapt with you so it stays relevant, supportive, and effective from beginning to end – helping you steward your well‑being with wisdom and intention.
